After 16 years immersed in the aesthetics industry - spanning practice management & development, sales leadership, vendor partnerships, and behind-the-scenes strategy, I developed a deep understanding of what truly drives successful aesthetic businesses. Not just treatments, but the experience, nuance, and trust that shape how clients choose where to go.

Along the way, a gap became impossible to ignore: most marketing agencies didn’t understand aesthetics. They knew how to market, but not how to speak the language of providers or reflect the complexity of the industry. Messaging felt generic. Strategy felt disconnected.
